(More customer reviews)I use these arch supports in all shoes and boots. They are compact and don't alter the fit of the shoe too much. If you have a narrow or low volume foot, they will improve the fit of the shoe. They are not rigid and I will sometimes glue a small block of felt under the arch to give it more lift, if needed. A cost effective alternative to expensive custom made orthotics.
