I was reluctant to purchase because I figured he worked on commision. But he told me they have a 1 year warranty and I was assured satisfaction. I stand an average of 8 hours a day. The pain on the soles of my feet, knees, and back have been greatly reduced since I started wearing these. They have a thick cushion on the heel area that helps absorb shock.
